Cancellation and Return Policy

TICKET PURCHASE PROCESS

To make a ticket purchase you must follow these steps:

  1. Select the date you want to attend the concert
  2. Define the number of tickets you want per category (e.g. Adult or Junior)
  3. Enter your contact details so that confirmation of your purchase can be sent to you
  4. Make the payment via the platform. The payment methods currently accepted via digital purchase are Credit Card and Paypal.

Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation message to the email address they have provided.

TICKET EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION PROCESS

Once tickets have been purchased, they will not be exchanged unless the customer requests an exchange or cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the show.

To do this, the customer has 3 options:

  • Request the change/cancellation of tickets directly on the platform
  • Request the change/cancellation of tickets by sending a message to the e-mail address info@destinofado.com
  • Request the change/cancellation of purchase tickets by sending a message to the customer support number: +351912964764

Lost or misplaced tickets, the inability to attend on the scheduled date or errors or mistakes when purchasing tickets do not entitle the user to a refund.

ACCESS TO CONCERTS

Admission to concerts requires proof of ticket purchase.

CANCELLATION OF CONCERTS

Destino Fado reserves the right to cancel concerts without prior notice for reasons of force majeure. In this case, it will refund the ticket price in full or schedule an alternative date with the client, if they so wish.

Destino Fado reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior (for example, is drunk) or shows serious violations of respect for the Destino Fado team or other customers.
