To make a ticket purchase you must follow these steps:
Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation message to the email address they have provided.
Once tickets have been purchased, they will not be exchanged unless the customer requests an exchange or cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the show.
To do this, the customer has 3 options:
Lost or misplaced tickets, the inability to attend on the scheduled date or errors or mistakes when purchasing tickets do not entitle the user to a refund.
Admission to concerts requires proof of ticket purchase.
Destino Fado reserves the right to cancel concerts without prior notice for reasons of force majeure. In this case, it will refund the ticket price in full or schedule an alternative date with the client, if they so wish.
Destino Fado reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior (for example, is drunk) or shows serious violations of respect for the Destino Fado team or other customers.
